Each Player is permitted to holdone (1) Account only on bocah4d. The creation of multiple Accounts ("duplicate accounts") by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated Accounts and the forfeiture of any Balances therein.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including — but not limited to — your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and contact number. You agree to promptly update this information should it change.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. bocah4d will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials.
bocah4d reserves the right to request KYC documentation — including but not limited to a government-issued photo identity document and proof of address — at any stage of the Account's lifecycle, including at the point of withdrawal, if unusual activity is detected, or as required for regulatory compliance purposes.
By using bocah4d, you agree to use the Platform strictly for personal entertainment purposes only. You acknowledge that:
bocah4d reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature, game, betting market, or service on the Platform at any time, with or without prior notice, and shall not be liable to you or any third party for any such modification, suspension, or discontinuation.

All transactions are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless the Player selects a cryptocurrency payment option, in which case the equivalent MYR value at the time of the transaction will be applied, subject to prevailing exchange rates.

The following activities are expressly prohibited on bocah4d and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent termination, and/or legal action:
bocah4d is required under its operating licence to cooperate with law enforcement authorities. Any evidence of criminal activity identified during Account investigations will be reported to the relevant authorities without prior notice to the Account holder.
bocah4d reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time. Circumstances that may lead to suspension or closure include, without limitation: breach of these Terms, suspected fraud or illegal activity, failure to complete KYC verification, inactivity for a period of twelve (12) or more consecutive months, or at the request of the Player for self-exclusion purposes.
Where an Account is closed for reasons other than fraud or Terms breach, any verified real-money Balance remaining in the Account will be returned to the Player via their most recently used payment method, subject to completed KYC. Bonus Balances shall be forfeited upon Account closure.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes as permitted by these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of bocah4d.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bocah4d and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of — or inability to use — the Platform, including but not limited to gambling losses, loss of data, or loss of revenue.
bocah4d does not warrant that the Platform will be available on an uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free basis. Planned maintenance windows, emergency outages, and third-party disruptions (including payment processor downtime) are excluded from any service level expectation.
In jurisdictions where the exclusion of implied warranties or limitations of liability is not permitted by law, bocah4d's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permissible under that applicable law.
bocah4d collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with itsPrivacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you acknowledge and consent to the data processing practices described in the Privacy Policy.
Personal data collected includes, but is not limited to: full name, date of birth, email address, contact number, payment method details, transaction history, IP address logs, and device information. If resolution cannot be reached through negotiation within thirty (30) days of notice, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration administered in accordance with the rules of a recognised international arbitration body. The language of arbitration shall be English. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding upon both parties.
Nothing in this clause shall prevent bocah4d from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its intellectual property rights or prevent imminent harm.
